Mantra Coolangatta Beach - Gold Coast

we had a lovely view from our room at the mantra, which made our mornings enjoyable. the apartment had all the essentials we needed, and the spacious layout was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing was clean or up to standard. 😕.

Excellent and incredible location and professional staff!

The hotel with nicely decorated rooms, in a good area, about halfway down the esplanade. Fine check-in, late check-out. Plus, free parking on-site. Overall a very enjoyable short stay at nearly $ 200 a night.

The place was well priced. I could see the ocean from the window of the apartment. The service was good, I had 3 fabulous nights here. It was nice to get ironing free of charge too.

The location was perfect, directly across from the beautiful beach, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The staff were friendly.

The apartment showed signs of aging.

Not good value for money. Room was right beside reception so was noisy.

I stayed in this place recently, and honestly, the bathroom was in dire need of an upgrade. The shower didn't have a proper head for kids, which made it super inconvenient. It just felt neglected, you know?

Fairly clean place & affable staff in assisting getting stuff. Good-sized and recently refurbished room with exceptionally comfortable beds. Lovely view of the ocean from the window.

Good access to the Coolangatta airport, stayed on the day before flying out, great ocean view from the room, great access to the nearby shop & restaurants.

One of the toilet tank water was kept running water and leaking onto the bathroom floor.

During my brief transit stay at the Mantra Coolangatta Beach, I enjoyed the stunning ocean views right from my private balcony. The hotel's convenient location, just a 60-minute drive from Nerang and 5 km from the Gold Coast, made it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. I appreciated the well-appointed room, which offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I did notice that cleanliness and housekeeping could use improvement, as I found a few areas that were not up to standard. This minor issue didn't overshadow my overall experience, but it could be addressed.

Closeness to beach, shops, amenities and family

The Airconditioning was not working upon arrival. Maintenence attended and returned the following day. After the circuit breaker tripped a second time it became increasing obvious than we would be without A/C for the duration of the stay. We spoke to reception about this and there response was a little indifferent,

Very colse to the airport.Terrific location right on the beach with terrific views.Nice clean well equiped appartment with all mod cons. No problems with parking and a very helpfull staff. Exelent - well done!! Could not ask for any better - home from home.

The location is seriously unbeatable! Just a hop, skip, and a jump to the beach, plus tons of yummy restaurants nearby. I also loved the fine ocean views-perfect for morning coffee. The pool was refreshing after a long day out exploring, too!

But OMG, our room was a letdown. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and we couldn't cool down at all! The Wi-Fi was terrible, and we found stains on the sheets—totally gross. It definitely didn’t feel worth the money spent. I wouldn’t recommend it for a summer stay!

Very hard bed , hard to sleep on room 502, Blanket was dirty , at one end bits cut out off it , two burn hole in the middle of the blanket

It is in a good location and clean

I didn't like the fact that the electronic swipe cards stopped working 2 nights in a row. The first night we were stuck in the lobby for 45 minutes with 3 other families waiting for staff to let us in,(they couldn't contact the on duty manager) and the 2nd night we were lucky that it was before 8pm so the desk was manned.
